Application for LLNS Community Gift Program

The LLNS Community Gift Program’s Application Review Committee will review each application and provide its award recommendations to the LLNL Director and Deputy Director for final approval. All applicants will be notified of the award determinations.

Applicant has a verified Current Registration Status with the State of California Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General’s Registry of Charitable Trusts
Note
Application is not eligible if Registration Status is not current at the time of submission.
It is the responsibility of the submitting organization to ensure all eligibility requirements have been met.
